Instructions
- Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape into bagels.
- Place the shaped bagels on a lined baking sheet and apply egg wash if using.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 22 minutes, then increase temperature to 450°F for 3-4 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
