Instructions

- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
