Ingredients

  • Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Fajita Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Bell Peppers
  • Red Onion
  • Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Chop bell peppers and red onion into thin strips.
  • Mix avocado oil, fajita seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and veggies, coat evenly.
  • Spread mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 11 minutes, shake or stir halfway through, then cook for another 11 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with warm tortillas and toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Freeze the fajita mixture for up to 3 months and reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
