Description
This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu is a rich, no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy mascarpone, soft ladyfingers, and a hint of espresso. Perfect for any occasion, it’s simple to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy cream cold
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding
- ⅔ cup irish cream
- 1 lbs mascarpone cheese room temp
- 27 ladyfingers
- 1 cup espresso
- 2 tablespoon irish cream
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, Bailey's Irish cream, vanilla extract, and instant pudding. Mix until soft peaks form.
- Add room-temperature mascarpone cheese and blend until smooth and creamy, taking care not to overmix.
- Mix espresso and additional Bailey's Irish cream in a shallow bowl. Quickly dip ladyfingers in this mixture (1-2 seconds) and arrange them in a single layer in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers evenly with a spatula.
- Layer another set of dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by another thin layer of mascarpone cream.
- Transfer remaining filling into a piping bag with a round tip, and pipe dollops of the cream over the thin mascarpone layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and ladyfingers to soften. Finish by generously dusting with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Ensure that mascarpone cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
The tiramisu should chill for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best for flavor enhancement.
Feel free to adjust the cocoa powder amount based on your taste preferences.
