Description

This Baked Brie and Preserves offers creamy, warm cheese combined with sweet fruit preserves for an easy and impressive centerpiece. Perfect for gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 ounces)
  • ⅓ cup good-quality fruit preserves or jam
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 small sprig fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Sliced baguette, crostini, crackers, apple slices, or pear slices

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the cold wheel of brie on the prepared parchment.
  • Optionally score the rind to encourage ooze.
  • Spread fruit preserves over the brie.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the preserves.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until soft and slightly oozing.
