- ⅓ cup good-quality fruit preserves or jam
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 small sprig fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Sliced baguette, crostini, crackers, apple slices, or pear slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cold wheel of brie on the prepared parchment.
- Optionally score the rind to encourage ooze.
- Spread fruit preserves over the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the preserves.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until soft and slightly oozing.
- Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then drizzle with honey and garnish if desired.
