Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic (Minced)
  • Chicken Broth
  • Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • Fresh Chives (Chopped)
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
  • Fresh Parsley (Optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, add chicken broth, and simmer. Stir in softened cream cheese and fresh chives until smooth.
  • Place seared chicken in the baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over the top. Add shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Use the broiler for 2-3 minutes for a crispy layer if cheese is added.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with your choice of sides.
