Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (3-4 pieces)
  • Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 oz packet)
  • Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon, preferably sweet paprika)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish with space between each piece.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to keep it moist.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken and rub in the spices.
