Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Cream Cheese (4 oz)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
  • Large Eggs (2)

  • Baking Powder (2 tsp)
  • Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Milk or Buttermilk (1/2 cup)
  • Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (1 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
