Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • â…” cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup full fat greek yogurt
  • â…“ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, almond milk, yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl or mason jar.
  2. Stir well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The following morning, remove the container from the fridge and stir the mixture again.
  5. If the oats have absorbed too much liquid, add a splash of almond milk before serving.
  6. Top with additional blueberries or toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Notes

For added sweetness, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
