- 1/4 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl or mason jar.
- Add almond milk and maple syrup, stirring to combine well.
- Fold in blueberries gently to keep them whole.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
