Description

  • 6 oz brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling, optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (for finishing, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  • Roll out the puff pastry to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Press each square into the muffin tin to form cups.
  • Place a cube of brie in each cup and top with fig jam.
