Description

These Bunny Butt Cookies are a delightful treat, featuring sugar cookies adorned with fluffy marshmallow bunnies. With their sweet flavor and easy preparation, they’re perfect for festive gatherings or any special occasion. Enjoy making these playful and delicious cookies with the family!


Ingredients

  • 24 sugar cookies (buy them pre-made or use my cake box cookies recipe)
  • 1 jar white frosting (add food coloring for fun colors)
  • 24 pink marshmallows (strawberry-flavored preferred)
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 1 tub cookie icing

Instructions

  1. Prepare your sugar cookies ahead of time and make sure they cool completely before frosting.
  2. Frost a whole sugar cookie with white frosting or colored frosting for a festive look.
  3. Cut the pink marshmallows in half using kitchen scissors or a knife.
  4. Take one half of a pink marshmallow and apply a dab of cookie icing on the sticky side, then attach it to the pink marshmallow to create the bunny's paw.
  5. Attach three dabs of cookie icing under the half marshmallow for added decoration.
  6. Use a mini marshmallow (not cut in half), add a dab of cookie icing on top, and place it in the center of the cookie to create the bunny's tail.
  7. Your Bunny Butt Cookies are now ready to enjoy!

Notes

For a fun twist, try using different colors of frosting to customize your bunny butts!
Ensure cookies are completely cool before frosting to prevent melting.
Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container.
