Instructions
- Beat the unsalted butter until creamy.
- Gradually mix in sifted powdered sugar one cup at a time.
- Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Divide dough into four portions; color as desired.
- Roll each portion into thin ropes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and air dry for 12-24 hours.
- Store in an airtight container.
