- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the mini pretzels into a mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup, heating until it boils, then stir for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour hot toffee over pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Add half of the toffee bits and mix again.
- Spread pretzels onto the baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Sprinkle remaining toffee bits over baked pretzels and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Break into clusters before serving.
