These Butter Toffee Pretzels combine irresistible flavor with simple preparation, perfect for snacks, parties, or thoughtful gifts. Enjoy a tasty treat made with mini pretzels and a luscious toffee coating!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour the mini pretzels into a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup, heating until it boils, then stir for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
  • Pour hot toffee over pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Add half of the toffee bits and mix again.
  • Spread pretzels onto the baking sheet evenly.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent clumping.
  • Sprinkle remaining toffee bits over baked pretzels and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Break into clusters before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature.
For gluten-free options, use gluten-free pretzels.
Allow cooling completely for the toffee to harden properly.
