- 12 cups chopped butter croissants
- 3/4 cup salted butter + 2 Tbsps
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt, optional
- 2 large organic eggs, whisked
- 1 cup chicken stock, organic (Plus more if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Chop butter croissants into medium pieces.
- Sauté minced garlic and chopped onions in melted butter until translucent, then add chopped celery, seasoning, and cook until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine croissants, sautéed veggies, eggs, and chicken stock.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish, adding more stock if preferred, and dot with remaining butter before covering with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes covered, then another 25-30 minutes uncovered until golden brown and barely jiggly in the center.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free croissants.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
You can prepare this a day in advance and refrigerate it before baking.
