- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs, and beat until a dough forms.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
