Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Sprinkle brown sugar and drizzle honey over the carrots, stirring to combine.
- Pour in water, cover, and simmer until fork-tender, about 5-8 minutes.
- Stir in unsalted butter until melted and glossy.
