Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and nonstick spray.
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute, stir, then add 30 more seconds until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt, then fold in chopped candy cane pieces.
- Pour fudge mixture into the pan, sprinkle remaining candy cane pieces on top, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
