Description

This Candy Cane Fudge offers an irresistible blend of creamy white chocolate and crunchy peppermint, making it a delightful treat for the holiday season! Simple and quick, it’s perfect for sharing or enjoying at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and nonstick spray.
  • Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute, stir, then add 30 more seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and salt, then fold in chopped candy cane pieces.
  • Pour fudge mixture into the pan, sprinkle remaining candy cane pieces on top, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best results.
If the fudge is too soft, allow additional chilling time for it to set.
Consider adding nuts or other festive ingredients for variety.
