Description

This Cheeseburger Bowl offers a delightful twist on a classic favorite, combining crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, and savory toppings into a comforting meal that’s easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ medium yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup dill pickles
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan.
  • Spread cubed potatoes on the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  • Mix sour cream, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and paprika in a bowl for the sauce.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, beef, bacon, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes.
  • Fold in the sauce until well mixed.
  • Serve warm, or chill for later. Garnish with extra toppings as desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Let cooked beef rest briefly before adding to maintain juices.
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the beef.
