Description

This Chicken and Spinach Casserole with Cream Cheese is a comforting and flavorful dish combining tender chicken with creamy spinach and delightful melty cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets.
  • In a bowl, marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  • Cook spinach in remaining oil until wilted; let cool.
