Description

This Chicken Salad With Grapes combines juicy grapes and shredded chicken to create a refreshing dish perfect for light lunches or picnics. Enjoy the delightful mix of flavors and textures!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 cups halved red seedless grapes
  • 4 chopped sticks of celery
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • optional lettuce leaves
  • optional croissants

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and walnuts.
  • In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper together.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently until well coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
