- Box Brownie Mix (18-20 oz.)
- ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour (60 grams)
- 1 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1½ tsp Espresso Powder
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 24 Hershey Kisses
Instructions
- Combine brownie mix, flour, melted butter, espresso powder, eggs, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix until smooth.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 7-9 minutes until slightly soft in the center.
- Press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
