Description

These Chocolate Crinkle Blossom Cookies are perfect for any occasion. With a fudgy texture, rich chocolate flavor, and a surprise chocolate kiss on top, they’re easy to prepare and satisfyingly sweet!


Ingredients

  • Box Brownie Mix (18-20 oz.)
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour (60 grams)
  • 1 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1½ tsp Espresso Powder
  • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 24 Hershey Kisses

Instructions

  • Combine brownie mix, flour, melted butter, espresso powder, eggs, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix until smooth.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 7-9 minutes until slightly soft in the center.
  • Press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
  • Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Notes

Chilling the dough is crucial for shaping cookies.
The cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week.
For longer storage, freeze the cookies for up to 3 months.
