- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- 1/4 cup Christmas jimmies sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Beat together butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir into the wet mixture until combined.
- Fold in M&Ms and sprinkles gently.
- Spread the dough in the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes until edges are golden and the center is set.
- Let cool completely, then lift out and slice into squares.
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend.
