This easy-to-make treat is not only delicious but also perfect for gatherings, special occasions, or simply enjoying at home. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced baker, this recipe promises fun and flavor with every bite!

Ingredients

  • circus animal cookies – 9 ounces
  • mini marshmallows – 10 ounces
  • rice krispies cereal – 6 cups
  • unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons
  • multi-colored nonpareils – 3 tablespoons
  • colored sprinkles – 3 tablespoons
  • white chocolate chips – 1/2 cup
  • red food coloring – 1-2 drops
  • heavy cream (optional) – 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pulse circus animal cookies in a food processor until they are a mix of crumbs and small pieces; reserve 1/2 cup.
  • In a large pot, melt butter and mini marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and fold rice krispies, cookie crumbles, and 2 tablespoons of each sprinkles into the mixture.
  • Gently press the mixture into the prepared pan using a greased silicone spatula.
  • Top with reserved cookie pieces.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in two separate bowls in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Drizzle plain white chocolate over the treats using a sandwich bag with the corner cut off.
  • Add red food coloring to the second bowl to create pink chocolate, then drizzle it on in the opposite direction.
  • Top with remaining sprinkles and let cool until set.

Notes

For a more vibrant color, you can add an extra drop of red food coloring.
Let the treats cool completely for better slicing and presentation.
Feel free to mix in other types of sprinkles for a fun twist.
