Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.

- Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture, followed by beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Fold in all-purpose flour until just combined.
