- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare the pie shell for blind baking.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan until smooth, then cool slightly.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
- Whisk eggs, then incorporate evaporated milk and vanilla.
- Combine the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, then mix with dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour filling into the cooled pie crust and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
- Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
