Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; mix until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in white chocolate chips and Oreos.
- Chill dough for at least 1 hour, then scoop onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden; cool on rack.
