Description

These Cranberry Hand Pies are a delicious blend of buttery crust and tangy cranberry filling, perfect for snacks or dessert. Easy to make and festive!


Ingredients

  • Pie Dough Sheets (2, 10×12 inches each, or 1 double pie crust)
  • Leftover Cranberry Sauce (¾ cup)
  • Beaten Egg (1, for egg wash)
  • Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoons for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the dough by cutting circles from the pie dough sheets.
  • Brush the edges of the bottom circles with beaten egg.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each bottom circle.
  • Seal the pies with the remaining dough circles and cut slits on top for steam.
  • Chill assembled pies in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before baking.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
