- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted pecan halves or pieces
- Extra fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash celery stalks, trim ends, and cut into 3-4 inch pieces.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, parsley (or dill), salt, and pepper to taste.
- Fill each celery stick with the creamy cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Press dried cranberries into the cheese filling in each celery stick.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans on top of each celery boat.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
