Description

Cranberry Pecan Holiday Celery Boats are a festive appetizer with a heavenly cream cheese filling, bursting with flavor and easy to prepare, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 5 large celery stalks
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecan halves or pieces
  • Extra fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash celery stalks, trim ends, and cut into 3-4 inch pieces.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Stir in garlic powder, parsley (or dill), salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Fill each celery stick with the creamy cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Press dried cranberries into the cheese filling in each celery stick.
  • Sprinkle toasted pecans on top of each celery boat.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
