- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional for warmth)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: diced cucumber or jalapeño for added crunch or heat
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, and herbs in a bowl.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin in another bowl.
- Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
- Serve on greens, toast, or in wraps.
Notes
To prevent browning, add avocado just before serving or drizzle with lime juice.
