- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, reserving half for garnish.
- Combine remaining mushrooms with gnocchi, broth, cream, garlic, seasoning, and paprika in the skillet; bring to boil.
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce and cook the gnocchi.
