Description

Warm, creamy, and full of flavor, Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser! With simple ingredients and easy prep, it’s perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend (divided)
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Add shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese, Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to crockpot.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 1–2 hours. Stir halfway through cooking.
  • Once bubbly, sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top and let sit covered for 5 minutes to melt.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with chips, veggies, or bread.

Notes

Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control spice level.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
