Description

This Crockpot French Market Chicken combines tender chicken with a rich, creamy sauce for an easy, impressive meal that’s perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 (0.7 oz) package dry Italian dressing & seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Spray the bottom of the crockpot with non-stick spray.
  • Place chicken in the crockpot in a single layer.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat golden mushroom soup, butter, and cream cheese for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk until smooth; stir in white wine and Italian seasoning mix.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is tender.

Notes

Ensure chicken is at an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
