Ingredients

  • 2 pounds smoked sausage
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  • Halve the baby potatoes for even cooking.
  • Chop the onions and mince the garlic.
  • Add the sausage, potatoes, onions, garlic, and green beans to the crockpot.
  • Pour diced tomatoes and green chilies over the mixture.
