- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
- Âľ cup broccoli (chopped small)
- ÂĽ cup yellow onion (diced)
- ÂĽ teaspoon sea salt
- ÂĽ teaspoon black pepper
- ÂĽ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: Chopped parsley or green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl, adding salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fold in chopped ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese until just combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and top is golden brown.
- Allow cooling for 5–10 minutes before slicing and garnish as desired.
