Description

This Crustless Quiche is a delightful blend of eggs, cheese, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for quick dinners or brunch with family and friends. Easy to make and satisfying!


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
  • Âľ cup broccoli (chopped small)
  • ÂĽ cup yellow onion (diced)
  • ÂĽ teaspoon sea salt
  • ÂĽ teaspoon black pepper
  • ÂĽ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl, adding salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Fold in chopped ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese until just combined.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and top is golden brown.
  • Allow cooling for 5–10 minutes before slicing and garnish as desired.
