Description

This Dorito Beef Taco Salad Bowl combines savory beef, fresh veggies, and crispy Doritos, making it a fantastic option for a quick dinner or potluck dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 9.5 oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned corn (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Brown the beef in a pan over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked and drained of excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and ¼ cup water, mixing well and simmering for 1-2 minutes.
  • Layer the nacho cheese Doritos at the bottom of each serving bowl.
  • Add seasoned beef, cheese, black beans, corn, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes on top of the Doritos.
  • Customize each bowl with desired toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover components separately to maintain freshness.
Reheat seasoned beef gently on the stove or microwave if needed.
Add lime juice for an extra burst of flavor.
