  • 1 cup granulated sugar coconut sugar for less refined sweetness
  • 1 tsp sea salt fleur de sel for gourmet finish
  • 1 cup fresh berries for vibrant presentation
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for elegant finish

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate and unsalted butter together in a double boiler, stirring gently until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
  • Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture.
