Description

This Easy Chia Pudding Valentine is a delightful treat made from creamy chia seeds, almond milk, and sweet maple syrup. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for sharing with loved ones or enjoying solo. Irresistibly tasty, it adds joy to breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Toppings of choice (fresh berries, granola, nut butter)

Instructions

  • Combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and optional vanilla in a bowl or mason jar. Mix well.
  • Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes, then stir again to eliminate any clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or overnight to allow pudding to thicken.
  • Check the consistency; add more chia seeds if needed and rest for another 30 minutes if necessary.
  • Serve chilled, topping with fresh berries, granola, or nut butter.

Notes

Stir the mixture well to avoid clumps of chia seeds.
Store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days in an airtight container.
Feel free to use different types of milk based on your preference.
