- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare a tray with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, chopped pecans, shredded cheddar, green onions, cranberries, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper until blended.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
- Chill the balls for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Roll the chilled balls in remaining pecans, cranberries, and parsley.
