Description

These Easy Cranberry Pecan Mini Cheese Balls are a delicious blend of creamy cheese, crunchy pecans, and tart cranberries. Perfect for parties, they are quick to make and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (16 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare a tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix cream cheese, chopped pecans, shredded cheddar, green onions, cranberries, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper until blended.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
