Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook gnocchi until they rise, about 2-3 minutes; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high, add gnocchi, and let them cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes for crispy texture.
- Flip gnocchi and cook on all sides for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; stir well.
