Instructions

- Fold dry ingredients into the yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly and shape into bagels.
- Brush with egg wash and add optional toppings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Storing: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for about a week.
Freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe bag.
