  • Active Dry Yeast (1 teaspoon)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (⅓ cup, plus more for greasing)
  • Italian Seasoning (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic, minced (2 teaspoons)
  • Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon, divided)
  • All-Purpose Flour (2 ½ cups)

Instructions

  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy.
  • Whisk olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, and ½ teaspoon salt in a smaller bowl.
  • Mix half of the seasoned oil into the yeast mixture, then add flour and form a dough.
  • Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare muffin tin with oil mixture.
  • Shape the muffins by dividing the dough and creating dimples in each cup.
