- 1 cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 packet rapid-rise yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for brushing)
- 1/2–1 cup pesto sauce
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella (sliced or cubed)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (sliced)
- 1/4 lb. asparagus (chopped, roasted)
- 1 cup chopped kale (organic)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions
- Mix warm water, honey, and yeast; let it foam for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and Italian seasoning to the yeast mixture; mix into a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Form the dough into a ball and roll into an 11-inch circle; place in a greased pizza pan.
- Preheat oven to 500°F; prepare the pizza base.
- Spread pesto over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Layer kale, mozzarella, roasted asparagus, and apple slices on top.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool slightly, slice, drizzle with dressing, and garnish with pistachios.
