Description

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread and place in the skillet butter side down.

  • Crack two eggs onto each slice of bread, being careful not to break the yolks.
  • Cover with cheese and lid to help it melt faster.
