- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced

- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 French Baguette, Sliced
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crumbled Feta
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dice tomatoes and onion, removing seeds and excess juice.
- Mix diced tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Slice baguette diagonally and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Bake baguette slices on the baking sheet for 8 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Drain excess liquid from the tomato mixture and spoon it over the toasted bread.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze and top with crumbled feta.

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free bread instead of baguette.
