Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 small egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉ (or air fryer to 350℉).
  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Mix cottage cheese with self-rising flour until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface.
  • Shape the dough into bagels, pinching seams to seal.
