  • 2 cups (474ml) milk (whole, 2%, or nonfat)
  • ½ cup (85g) chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) butter , diced
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk until smoothly blended.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until fully melted and combined.
  5. Pour pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Notes
