Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • ¼ cup miso paste
  • ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup soft tofu, diced
  • dried nori seaweed, thinly sliced
  • ½ tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot.
  • Add miso paste to boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  • Fold in diced tofu and green onions; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
