- ¼ cup miso paste
- ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup soft tofu, diced
- dried nori seaweed, thinly sliced
- ½ tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot.
- Add miso paste to boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
- Fold in diced tofu and green onions; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
