Description

This Honey Dijon Salmon is an easy yet flavorful dish, perfect for special occasions or a quick weeknight dinner, featuring honey and Dijon mustard for a tasty glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Lay lemon slices in the center of the pan and place the salmon on top.
  • Season the salmon with paprika, salt, and pepper, then bake for 12 minutes.
  • While baking, whisk together lemon juice, melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and parsley for the glaze.
  • After 12 minutes, brush the glaze over the salmon and return to the oven for 5-6 minutes until caramelized.
