- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Lay lemon slices in the center of the pan and place the salmon on top.
- Season the salmon with paprika, salt, and pepper, then bake for 12 minutes.
- While baking, whisk together lemon juice, melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and parsley for the glaze.
- After 12 minutes, brush the glaze over the salmon and return to the oven for 5-6 minutes until caramelized.
