Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Avocado Oil
  • Honey
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Soy Sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Pineapple Chunks
  • Bell Pepper
  • Green Onions & Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Cook rice or noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, and pepper; coat chicken pieces in mixture.
  • Whisk wet ingredients: honey, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry.
  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet; add chicken and sauté until golden and cooked.
  • Remove chicken, stir-fry bell peppers until tender-crisp, then remove.
  • Pour in sauce and add pineapple; simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, combine, and heat through.
